The heart of every powerful engine is a good cylinder head.
For an engine to perform, it needs to be supplied with two ingredients, fuel and air. Fuel is easy to supply in large quantities because there are many ways to pump it in faster. But there is no point in filling the cylinder full of fuel, because without air, it will not burn. Even with air, unless the ratio of air to fuel is within a certain range, it still will not burn to the optimum we are trying to achieve.
Decrease the restrictions in the inlet and exhaust ports, this is known as gas flowing, It’s a known fact that mixture/air/gas wants to travel in a straight line, And the straighter that line is, the quicker it reaches its destination. So grinding away any curve or lump and bump increases gas speed in and out of the head Improving quantity of flow, known as porting, this is opening the intake and outlet ports to a larger capacity allowing more CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute) into and out of the head.

The cylinder head is stripped, blasted and checked for cracks/broken studs, it is then lead free converted and machined on the rocker gasket face, fitted with new guides, seats re cut, head gasket face machined then assembled with new valves, new stem seals and new single springs

Simply the best for circuit racing, this is a full tunnel ported race head for any engine size from 1275 upwards, the exhaust valves are re positioned to accomodate the 38mm inlet while still giving the required 0.020" gap giving longevity not usually associated with a head this extreme, suited ideally for the Weber DCOE carb it comes LEADED ONLY valve guide restrictions removed, inlet ports are sleeved ported and polished and opened to match the large bore intake gasket, chambers are re shaped to enhance flow, re surfaced on the rocker gasket face, fitted with new bronze guides, 3 angle valve seats, head gasket surface machined to 21.5cc then assembled with new 21ns stainless 38mm inlet valves, 31mm exhaust valves, new stem seals and new iskie double springs.
