One of the best re-built gearbox's available, completley stripped, chemically dipped and all threads checked for damage and repaired.
The case is then lightly coated in steel silver heat resistant paint, all gears are checked and replaced if needed, syncro hubs are stripped and checked, selector forks are checked, the gearbox is then assembled with new layshaft, new bearings throughout except under 1st, 2/3rd gear as they are usually fine, new baulk rings and a centre pick up pipe.
the differential is fully re built using a upgraded pin, new planet gears and washers.
This process applies to all our gearbox's listed.
